The name "SEAT VALVE" originates from its structural design and operating principle. This valve features a central stem integrated with a seat seal (plug tip) to ensure tight shut-off, utilizing the linear movement of the stem to open or close the fluid flow path.

Seat Valves are ideal for large-volume liquid handling applications. Thanks to their flexible modular body design, they can be adapted to various production line needs. For instance, the valve bodies can be configured as a SHUT OFF VALVE with two or three ports, or as a DIVERT VALVE with three to five ports. They are widely used in processes such as dairy processing, cream, beverages, fruit juice, and pharmaceuticals.

 Note : These Seat Valves are not suitable for fluids containing large suspended solids !!!
